  • Uploaded creative assets: images, videos, audio files, and text you submit for analysis
  • Analysis results: NeuroScores, metrics, and reports generated from your submissions
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and analysis history
  • Payment information: processed securely through Paystack — we never store your card details

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide neuromarketing analysis services
  • To generate reports and recommendations
  • To improve our ML models and analysis accuracy (aggregated and anonymized only)
  • To communicate service updates and support responses
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure)
  • Creative assets are stored in encrypted cloud storage
  • All connections use TLS/HTTPS encryption
  • We implement row-level security ensuring users only access their own data
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt

5. Your Creative Assets

  • Your uploaded creative assets remain your intellectual property
  • We do not share your creatives with other users or third parties
  • Analysis results are private to your account and team
  • We do not use your specific creative assets to train our ML models
  • You can delete your analyses and associated assets at any time

6. Third-Party Services

  • Anthropic Claude API: processes your creative assets for analysis (subject to Anthropic's privacy policy)
  • Supabase: database and storage infrastructure
  • Paystack: payment processing
  • Vercel: application hosting
  • Cloudflare: DNS and security

7. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active
  • Analysis results are retained until you delete them
  • Deleted analyses and assets are permanently removed within 30 days
  • You may request complete account deletion by contacting info@buyologylabs.com

8. Your Rights

  • Access your data at any time through your dashboard
  • Export your analysis reports as PPTX or PDF
  • Delete individual analyses or your entire account
  • Request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • Object to data processing by contacting us

  • We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage statistics
  • We do not use advertising cookies or trackers
