1. Agreement

By accessing Buyology Labs (buyologylabs.com), operated by MetaForgeAI (Pty) Ltd, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Buyology Labs provides AI-powered virtual neuromarketing analysis. We predict consumer neural responses to creative assets using machine learning models and AI analysis. Our predictions are directional estimates, not guarantees of market performance.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per individual; team features allow shared workspace access
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our ML models or analysis pipeline
  • Use automated tools to mass-scrape or overload the platform
  • Share account credentials or API keys
  • Resell analysis results as your own service without Enterprise licensing

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your creative assets remain your property
  • Analysis reports and NeuroScores are generated for your use
  • The Buyology Labs platform, methodology, models, and interface are property of MetaForgeAI (Pty) Ltd
  • You may use analysis results in client presentations and internal reports
  • White-label usage requires Enterprise plan

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Our neuromarketing predictions are based on published neuroscience research and ML models. They represent informed predictions, not measured neural responses. We do not guarantee specific market outcomes based on our analysis. NeuroScores should inform creative decisions alongside other research methods, not replace them entirely.

7. Payment Terms

  • Free trial includes 2 analyses with no credit card required
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paystack
  • Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT where applicable
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment

8. Service Availability

  • We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services

9. Limitation of Liability

MetaForgeAI (Pty) Ltd's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.
